RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING THE THEORY TEST
You are entitled to reschedule the theory test for an alternative date and time, or cancel the test to receive a full refund. Please allow for a minimum of three working days notice (including Saturdays) for either of these to be possible.
AFTER YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR TEST
After you have completed your theory test booking, you’ll receive an e-mail from the DVSA. Check your junk mail in case you didn’t receive it. This e-mail will confirm the theory test date appointment and provide you with a reference number. ATTENDING THE THEORY TEST

Agreed there is no parking at the test centre but in all honesty it does state this in the booking confirmation email. It is the best test centre I have been to as the staff are accommodating and pleasant. The staff more than make up for the grottiy surroundings. A good experience.
Excellent experience, easy to find, clear instructions, staff very friendly, polite and helpful.
Absolutely awful environment. Dropped my daughter, went inside for 2 mins to find where she was supposed to go, came out to a parking ticket from some private parking company. Presumed when it said private parking it was private for those using the test centre. Sat and watched the man give out lots of parking tickets to people who have no idea they are not supposed to be parking there. Total scam. The building is very run down, my daughter could not find a toilet - eventually found one after having to find a key. A member of staff in the ground floor office to the right of the driving test office was just rude. Horrible and expensive experience!! On the plus side the male receptionist in the driving theory test office was very nice and professional. However if you can go else where do - even if it means driving some distance.

Absolutely fine and kept proffessional. I went in, done my test, came out and straight away received my results. I had to go twice because first time I failed, and no one made any comments regarding that. Very respectful service. Keep it up team!
