FINDING Sutton Coldfield THEORY TEST CENTRE
Four Oaks House is on the A5127 Lichfield Road between Sutton Town Centre and Mere Green Island. Access to Four Oaks House, turn at the island into Four Oaks Railway Station. It is the large office block on the right.
Trains are on the cross city line. Buses run regularly from the town centre. No parking or waiting facilities on this site. Cars will be clamped. THERE IS NO DISABLED CANDIDATE PARKING. Train stations and bus stations are often a short walk from most theory test centres.

BOOK A THEORY TEST AT Sutton Coldfield THEORY TEST CENTRE
To make a theory test booking, you’ll need your provisional driving licence at hand, plus a valid form of payment. There are two ways to book a test, both detailed below. The Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) are responsible for managing all theory test bookings and Pearson Professional conduct the theory tests. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING THE THEORY TEST
You are entitled to reschedule the theory test for an alternative date and time, or cancel the test to receive a full refund. Please allow for a minimum of three working days notice (including Saturdays) for either of these to be possible.
AFTER YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR TEST
After payment of the theory test booking, the DVSA will send you an e-mail confirming the time, date, location and reference number. Although not essential to take to the theory test centre, it’s advisable to print this e-mail to show to the centre staff if any problems arise.
ATTENDING THE THEORY TEST
Security and fraud prevention is taken seriously at all theory test centres. If you have the old licence, but no passport, you must apply for a new driving licence.

People are nervous enough without the staff making them feel worse ! No need for this sort of attitude !
Horrible place, the staff are not welcoming, one girl there made a crack about my name, which is not very professional. The staff need to learn how to smile! The biggest joke about the place is the man on the reception, how he got the job in the first place is a mystery. I'm glad I don't need to go there again.
Staff are so rude no parking discusting
I came to bring my daughter and found the staff to be very abrupt and almost rude in the way they spoke to people attending to take their test.The lady on the desk could have least crack a smile to make the people a bit more at ease!!!
All pervious reviews correct i thought they were old reviews, but everything said was SO true. No parking only on street if you could find space. No signs outside building to say you were in right place or direct ypu to reception. Once at reception male receptionist made no eye contact, grunted that I as a parent couldnt stay, and pointed us to a door. Once in the testing reception found lady behind desk to be brusk and abrupt no warmth at all. Although there is a waiting area you are not allowed to sit and wait for the person you have brought in for their test! Overall not a pleasant experience, especially for soneone who is stressed about having to do test.
