I went there today for LGV theory & Hazard perception tests. Well I must of got lucky because I found no problems with the place. Didn't get her name but the lady who books you in was friendly and very informative. The lady who was in the testing bit was also very friendly. Lockers for your items were solid and secure. Headphones and mouse were clean and fully working and chair was comfortable. What else do you need?

relative or friend. The centre has a nice air conditioned waiting room that the relatives are not permitted to use in case they make noise! Clearly a sound proof door on the testing area is too much to hope for? It doesn't matter if you have back issues, sciatica or knee problems, no provision whatsoever is made for seating the people waiting. No consideration at all, and when this is questioned the member of staff is frankly rude by making a show of not caring. This is an absolute disgrace and frankly pathetic service both on the part of the owners and on the part of the staff. Terrible.

Awful place. Had a rude assessor called Simon who intervened completely unnecessarily and spent the entire assessment making sarcastic and unhelpful comments.
