Failed a few times but finally passed today. I had Glinys, who was so helpful and kind. She put my nerves at ease too, and was professional. Best examiner there 🙂

Very poor service. Examiners will make you nervous. They always look for faults, it is like they really want to make everyone fail. I don't know anyone who cleared test from this Basingstoke center in one attempt.

I had my test today with a bloke, not sure of his name. Unfortunately I failed, but I didn’t feel the guy was very fair. From the start of the test he made me feel extremely uneasy he didn’t have the best vibe. I’m 15 weeks pregnant and suffer with anxiety I felt fine driving to the test centre but upon meeting this bloke I felt extremely nervous due to the vibe he was giving off. I was in the test for 10 minutes when he redirected me back to the test centre. I understand it’s different due to the circumstances but I paid for the test and wasn’t even given a chance.

oday I had my first driving test with Glinys Raynsford she was able to calm me down before the test explaining how the test would go and supporting me if I had any questions. I felt super nervous and she managed to make me feel comfortable and relaxed thought the test very pleased to pass with this examiner I would recommend her very please. Would just recommend speaking up a bit as I couldn’t hear what she said towards the end of the exam. But other than that perfect.

I took my first test when I was 6.5 months pregnant. My examiner was Glen and he was so lovely. Chatting to me and I felt confident as the test seemed to be going so well up until near the end where I got a major fault that I didn’t realise. Was gutted as I only got one other minor right at the end of the test. I booked another test for a months time, worked hard and had another test but with Sam. She was chatty too and I was so happy when she told me I passed with two minors. I don’t know what I’d do without my licence now as I drive my 4 month old around every day. I was so nervous especially with the added pressure to pass before my little boy arrived.
Thank you for helping me feel at ease on a scary day.

Hannah
