RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING THE THEORY TEST

Centre has size restrictions on items left while sitting the test. This information is vital but not passed onto the customer prior to attending the centre (where it is only verbally passed on). They even suggested asking the hairdresser on the corner if I could leave my property there, I find this highly irregular. Centre staff were, sadly, more interested in blaming anyone else rather than acknowledging there is a mistake.
