THE DRIVING TEST IN Tolworth

Many road types and conditions will be experienced on the driving test from Tolworth Driving Test Centre. Expect busy urban roads and high speed ‘A’ roads such as the A3 dual carriageway. Included in these roads are roundabouts from small mini roundabouts to large multi-lane systems.

Crossroads and junctions of varying sizes will also be present. Residential streets often feature presenting an ideal location for one of the possible four test manoeuvres. The roads represent an ideal location for the examiner to test your ability at meeting oncoming vehicles whilst on narrow streets (see passing parked cars).

The test may incorporate the emergency stop procedure. This exercise has a 1-in-3 possibility of being requested. The independent part of the driving test will require around 10 minutes of test time to complete. The practical driving test from Tolworth features many challenging roads, routes and roundabouts. Browsing the Tolworth driving test routes will offer you an insight into the various routes and roads likely to be taken on the test.

Focus on the difficult areas of test routes to gain a better advantage. Knowing each and every test route isn’t essential, though gaining an understanding of the particularly difficult areas of the test routes often proves beneficial. Examiners who conduct the tests develop the test routes for their test centres with the intention of taking the test candidate through as many varied road types and traffic systems as possible, within the time given.

Don't take the exam here. The examiner was rude. His name is Muḥammad. He has very strong accent, and use very complicate English to ask me question. For instance, take the right left. What is right left? In the end, he give me a serious to fail me because I drive 20 mph on a 30mph zone. Excuse me? The roads were narrow. There were many cars parked on both side, and there was oncoming traffic. Also, that area's speed limits are very wired. Some places 20 mph, then immediately 30 mph after a turn. My driving instructor was in the car, he was also piss off, he doesnt agree that driving 20 mph speed on 30 mph zone is a serious fault. At the end of the test, the examiner said, you don't know how to drive, you should go back to *** (my country) to learn!

I failed my test today because the examiner was rude. His name was Mike and he was humming throughout my test. He was rude and grumpy. I asked him why I failed. He did not give a reasonable answer. He put one serious mistake which was observation. After asking him a few times why i failed. He said I didn't look back when i was reversing into bay parking which was not true as I looked so many times and I could tell he was getting angry at me. He even made fun of my name at the start as well. This is not m first time I took my test in this center. Some people are not but this guy was something else..
