How to Reset Audi A1 Service Light

You may give your Audi A1 / S1 an oil change / service yourself and need to reset the oil change service reminder, or you may have had a service centre do this for you, but the serive reminder is still active.

There are two methods for resetting the oil change service reminder on the Audi A1; via the multimedia Interface (MMI), or via the instrument cluster dials. Resetting the engine oil service will set it at an interval of around 10,000 miles (15,000 km) or one year before the reminder appears again.
