CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING THE THEORY TEST
If you are unable to attend your theory test at the time and date it has been booked, you are entitled to reschedule this providing you allow three clear working days notice. If you wish to cancel and receive a full refund three working days notice must also be provided.

Rang to enquire about theory test date change, rude women on the phone ended call before I had finished asking questions.. rang again to get DVLA helpline number spoke to chap he put me through but lines closed til Monday, rang again 3 times and phone was put down straight away..
Not acceptable was only asking for advice
The lady on reception was so rude. Barking at us to sit down like we were a dog. The environment should be calming for nervous candidates yet this lady left me feeling annoyed and very irritated. Maybe she she needs some customer service training and be made aware that it is not comfortable for everyone to â€˜SIT DOWNâ€™ if they have a (hidden) disability. A most unpleasant lady.
Was not allowed to take my test because of a signature. The Woman behind the desk is a bloody waste of time.
Absolute rubbish,! took 2 days & 15 phone calls to re-schedule, then they refused until utill I paid a further Â£23 even though I was 4 days prior to test (over weekend)
Never ever book your test here. Complete waste of time, impossible to find is being generous
