CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING THE THEORY TEST

Had a test booked on 2nd Dec, turned up and wifi was down. So they cancelled it, even though i paid through DVLA apparently its not their problem now and they have NO contact details for Fareham... Avoid booking here as they are also very grumpy and makes you feel un-easy before going in
The man who works at the desk is incredibly rude! No need to be that rude to nearly everyone who walked in. People are already nervous. Rude, insultibe, no customer service & when I spoke to my instructor he said he's been told the same by many pupils who attended that centre. Would rather give 0 star but giving 1 star due to the very polite and warm woman staff members.
Rude grumpy man at desk and difficult to get in the building
Couldn't get in the building today and no one would answer the buzzer!! This made me 6 mins late so they cancelled my test and now I can't rebook for 3days also lost the fee! As the place looks like a building site and the building is locked and if u look up the building online it states it opens at 9!! Not helpful when you have an 8am test! So all in all not at all happy!
